The annual meeting of the Hawaii Botanical Society will be
Tuesday, December 1, 7:00 pm
at Manoa Public Library, 2716 Woodlawn Dr, Honolulu
Please come to our great new meeting location in Manoa Valley. We have free covered parking! The parking gate will be open at 6:30 pm.

Tim Kroessig, Horticulture Technician at the Lyon Arboretum Seed Conservation Laboratory, will speak about "The Island of Nihoa and the search for Amaranthus brownii".

According to our amended by-laws, we need to elect new officers and board members. At the last board meeting, the following slate of officers were proposed to serve in 2017:

Secretary Jonel Smith
Treasurer Ron Fenstemacher

Susan Ching
